1.1 Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of wataatube.com and related services (the “Site”), operated by WataaTube Media Ltd. (“we”, “us”). By entering or using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, leave the Site.
1.2 Adults only
The Site contains sexually explicit material. You may use it only if you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher), it is legal for you to view such material where you are, and you are not accessing it on behalf of a minor. We may require age verification at any time.
1.3 Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Give accurate information. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.
1.4 Acceptable use
You must not:
- upload, link to, or share content involving anyone under 18, or content that appears to depict a minor;
- upload content without the consent of every person shown, or content recorded or shared without consent;
- upload content you do not have the right to publish;
- post content showing violence, coercion, intoxication that prevents consent, bestiality, or any other content prohibited by our Content Guidelines;
- harass, threaten, dox, or impersonate others;
- scrape, copy, or redistribute the Site’s content in bulk, or use bots;
- circumvent age checks, security, or geoblocks;
- upload malware or interfere with the Site.
1.5 User content and licence
You keep ownership of what you upload. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, format, display, distribute and promote that content on and in connection with the Site, until it is removed (plus a reasonable period for backups). You confirm that you own or control the rights to the content, that every person shown is 18 or older and consented, and that you hold the records required by law.
1.15 Moderation
We may review, refuse, restrict or remove any content or account at our discretion, including to comply with law. See our Complaints & Appeals Policy.
1.6 Copyright
We respond to copyright notices under our DMCA / Copyright Policy and terminate repeat infringers.
1.7 Premium and payments
Paid features are described at purchase. Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Prices may change with notice. Billing descriptors will appear as WATAATUBE-BILLING.
1.8 Third-party links and advertising
The Site may contain ads and links to third-party sites. We do not control or endorse them and are not responsible for them.
1.9 Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
1.10 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits. Our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months or USD 100. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
1.11 Indemnity
You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content or your breach of these Terms.
1.12 Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales / State of Delaware, and courts there have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights in your country.
1.13 Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the changes.
