9.1 Zero tolerance
WataaTube maintains an uncompromising zero-tolerance stance regarding any content that depicts, sexualises, or exploits anyone under 18 years of age. This includes any media that appears to, or is represented as, depicting a minor (including school-uniform roleplay implying minors, synthetic, drawn, animated, or AI-generated depictions).
9.2 Preventative architecture
- Mandatory government ID and biometric age verification for all contributors.
- 18 U.S.C. 2257 records and signed consent documentation verified prior to publication.
- Automated perceptual hash-matching integration against known CSAM databases and AI semantic classifiers.
- Strict keyword blacklists blocking prohibited phrases in queries, titles, descriptions, and comments.
- Robust age-assurance gate at point of entry.
9.3 Immediate intervention protocols
- Instant removal and digital evidence preservation in an encrypted vault.
- Immediate reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC CyberTipline) in the United States and the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF) in the United Kingdom.
- Permanent account termination and IP/device fingerprint blacklisting.
9.4 Reporting channels
Report child safety concerns immediately to wataatube@proton.me or use our Illegal Content Reporting form.
Direct external hotlines: NCMEC CyberTipline | IWF Hotline | Contact local law enforcement immediately if a minor is in imminent danger.
9.5 Parental controls & filtering
We advise parents to install filtering software. WataaTube embeds the RTA (Restricted To Adults) metadata label on all pages, enabling filtering software and web routers to restrict access automatically.
