7.1 Required for every upload
- Accurate, descriptive title, synopsis, relevant category assignments, and accurate tags.
- Verified creator account registered with authenticated government credentials.
- Signed declaration confirming all individuals are 18+, fully consenting, and compliant 2257 records are on file.
- Proof and declaration of full copyright ownership or authorized distribution licence.
7.2 Review and moderation workflow
Every submission undergoes automated filtering (perceptual hash matching against CSAM/NCII databases) and mandatory review by our human moderation team before or immediately following publication. We may request supplementary documentation at any point.
7.3 Grounds for rejection
- Violation of our Content Guidelines or legal age requirements.
- Ambiguous, missing, or unverifiable consent documentation.
- Material scraped, stolen, or reposted from other websites or creators without licence.
- Substandard video resolution, defective encoding, or misleading metadata.
- Inclusion of private personal data (doxxing) or third-party likenesses without consent.
7.4 Hash filtering & duplicate suppression
We deploy PhotoDNA, PDQ, and perceptual audio-visual hashing to identify and permanently block known illegal content, pirated masters, and previously removed material.
7.5 Appeals
If your upload was rejected or restricted in error, submit an appeal via our Complaints & Appeals Policy.
