We respect intellectual property and respond expeditiously to valid notices under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. 512) and international copyright legislation.

4.1 Reporting infringement

Send a written notice to our designated DMCA agent:

Your notification must include the following information:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
3. The exact URL(s) on wataatube.com of the infringing material.
4. Your full name, physical address, phone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you believe in good faith that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

4.2 What happens next

We remove or disable access to the infringing material promptly, notify the uploader, and provide them with a copy of your notice. False claims can make you liable for damages under 17 U.S.C. 512(f).

4.3 Counter-notice

If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, send our designated agent a written counter-notice containing: your signature; the URL of the removed material; a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake; your name, address, phone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district; and an agreement to accept service of process from the original claimant.

4.4 Repeat infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, we will terminate the accounts of repeat copyright infringers.

4.5 Intimate-image and non-consensual content

If your own likeness or video was posted without your consent, use our fast-track Content Removal Request page. You do not need to own copyright to have non-consensual content removed.
