5.1 Who can join
Creators must be at least 18 years of age, complete mandatory identity and age verification, and own or control all rights in the content they submit and distribute on wataatube.com.
5.2 What you must provide
- A valid government-issued photo ID (and live biometric selfie check if requested).
- Signed consent and model release documentation for every individual appearing in every video.
- Proof of production date for every submission.
- Tax documentation and verified payout information.
5.3 Your promises
- Everyone shown in your media is 18+, sober, and actively consenting, with full awareness that they may withdraw consent at any time.
- You own or have legally licensed all video, audio, soundtrack, and graphic elements.
- You will strictly refrain from uploading any content prohibited by our Content Guidelines.
- You will not upload pirated, stolen, or scraped content from other creators or third-party websites.
5.4 Licence
You grant WataaTube the licence described in section 1.5 of our Terms of Service. You retain full ownership of your intellectual property.
5.5 Earnings
Payouts follow our creator revenue sharing structure, subject to anti-fraud checks, a minimum withdrawal threshold of $50, and our scheduled monthly payout cycle. Artificially inflated traffic, bot farms, and proxy views void earnings and trigger an immediate ban.
5.6 Content Removal
You can request removal of your content at any time; our moderation team will remove it from the live Site within 24–48 hours.
5.7 Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate creator partnerships immediately upon breach of these terms, fraud, or violation of legal compliance standards.
