You may report the following violations immediately:
- Child sexual exploitation and abuse material (CSAM) or any depiction involving a minor.
- Non-consensual content: images or videos captured, shared, altered, or fabricated without consent (revenge porn, intimate image abuse, deepfakes).
- Depictions of real violence, human trafficking, coercion, or non-consensual physical harm.
- Terrorism, extremist recruitment, hate speech, or incitement to violence.
- Copyright infringement (please direct to our DMCA designated agent).
10.2 How to submit a report
Click the Report button below any video player, or email our rapid-response trust & safety team at wataatube@proton.me. Please provide:
- Exact URL(s) of the infringing page or media stream.
- Detailed description of the violation.
- Your contact details (optional for child exploitation reports; we act immediately regardless).
10.3 Response timeline
- Child safety & non-consensual intimate imagery: Prioritized for review and interim disabling within 24 hours.
- Other complaints: Processed within 3 to 5 business days.
- We preserve digital audit trails and cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities.
10.4 Trusted flaggers
Certified civil society organizations, regulatory bodies, and law enforcement agencies should contact wataatube@proton.me to receive priority queue triage credentials.
10.5 EU Digital Services Act (DSA) compliance
Notices submitted with specific URLs, clear factual assertions, and contact details are handled in strict adherence to DSA Article 16 notice-and-action requirements, complete with reasoned administrative decisions.
